Exploring Destiny (part 2): The Fate Of Sanpaku 1

A fascinating aspect of macrobiotics for late and renowned "Lady Sings The Blues" author, William Dufty, was the idea of  "Sanpaku."  In fact, it piqued his interest so much that he ended up writing a book with George Ohsawa entitled, "You Are All Sanpaku" which came out in 1965 and put macrobiotics on the map in the US.
